This is the free EPA biennial reporting software for 2005. It will allow you to scan flat files to verify that they meet the EPA flat files specs for 2005, import flat files to create printed SI, GM, WR, and OI (if required by your state) reports, and give you the ability to enter data manually to create the required reports or flat files.
