State Information

For any state not listed below the user will have to mail their printed report to the the state. ARM will send the user the electronic files you need to submit to your state upon request. These electronic files are derived from the 2009 EPA Flat File Specification Guide and will work with any other software package that your state uses.

Generator needs to print, sign and mail in Declaration of Electronic Filing to the state. Also be sure to submit your data to the state by clicking on the submit button.

INDIANA
Submit the Biennial report files electronically using the web version, EASITRAK.

Review the Indiana instructions at www.in.gov/idem/5502.htm before filing a report.

Indiana requires a signed, hard copy submittal of the Indiana Hazardous Waste Handler ID form. This is not available on the Easitrak site, it was sent in hard copy in December. If you did not receive this form go to www.in.gov/idem/5034.htm to request one.

Indiana also requires the Declaration of Electronic filing form to be signed and sent in hard copy.

There is no need to print and send the SI form.
